About

Trade work, with the next person in mind.

Militech International, LLC is a licensed North Carolina electrical contractor based in Cary, serving property owners, general contractors, and facility managers across the state. We hold the two North Carolina trade licenses that matter for commercial low-voltage electrical and life-safety work — NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board (151782-CSA) and the NC Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors, SP.FA/LV (38826) — both publicly verifiable through the state.

We cover six disciplines under one contract: low-voltage electrical (cabling, AV, building-system wiring); alarm, access, and video (intrusion, cards, doors, gates, video intercom, and IP surveillance cameras); fire alarm install and ITM; managed IT; cybersecurity; and web services. The reason for the range isn't generalism — it's that modern commercial buildings increasingly run on the same wires, panels, and networks. One contractor with both the trade licenses and the IT skill set means fewer hand-offs, cleaner cutovers, and a single point of contact when something needs attention.

The way we work: cable plant labeled and tested; panel programming exported and archived; permits pulled and AHJ submittals filed; as-builts handed off in PDF, not on the back of a napkin. Trade work, with the next person in mind.
