Modern static hosting on Cloudflare or similar: fast, secure, and inexpensive to operate. We build sites the same way we build infrastructure, with the next person in mind rather than just the launch.

This is our general web service line for commercial customers. Dental practices have their own regulatory and integration requirements and are covered separately under dental practice websites.

Sites

Marketing site design, build, and hosting. For most businesses that means a site that loads fast on a phone, says clearly what you do and where you do it, ranks for the searches that actually bring you work, and does not fall over.

We build static where static works, which is most of the time for a marketing site. Static hosting is faster than the alternatives, has almost no attack surface, costs very little to run, and does not require someone to log in monthly and apply security patches to a CMS that would otherwise become a liability. When a site genuinely needs a database and a login, we will build that. Most brochure sites do not, and giving one a full CMS is how a five-page site becomes a maintenance obligation.

Hosting, DNS, and email

Domain registration, DNS, and email setup on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. SSL, CDN, and uptime monitoring.

Email deliverability is where most small businesses quietly lose money without knowing it. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are unglamorous and consequential: get them wrong and your invoices land in spam, your quotes never arrive, and you find out months later when a customer mentions it offhand. We configure them properly and we tell you what they do, because someone at your company will eventually need to add a new sending service and should not have to guess.

Migrations

Getting off legacy hosts and page builders. This is a large share of what we do, and it is usually prompted by one of a few things: the renewal price went up sharply, the builder platform is being sunset, the site got compromised, or the person who built it has vanished and nobody can log in.

Migrations are mostly archaeology. Finding out who actually controls the domain, which is often a former employee’s personal account or an agency that has stopped replying. Working out what the DNS is really doing before touching it, because DNS is the one place where a confident mistake takes down mail for a day. Preserving URLs so you do not throw away years of search ranking, which is the single most common casualty of a redesign and the one nobody notices for a quarter.

We will also tell you when a migration is not worth it. If your current site works and the only problem is that it is unfashionable, that is not a reason to spend money.

Ownership

You own your domain, your DNS, your hosting account, and your content. We will put them in your name and give you the credentials.

This is worth stating because the opposite is common. Plenty of web shops register the domain in their own name and hold hosting hostage, at which point the “website” you bought is a rental you cannot leave. If you ever want to move to another provider, everything should already be yours and the handoff should be an afternoon. We would rather keep customers because the work is good.

Content and small features

Ongoing content updates and small feature work, either ad hoc or on a retainer. Some customers want to make their own edits and some want to send an email and have it done. Both are fine, and which one you want should be decided before the build rather than after, because it changes how the site gets built.

Where this connects

Web sits alongside managed IT and cybersecurity, which matters more than it sounds: your domain, DNS, and email are simultaneously marketing infrastructure and your most sensitive security surface. The same DNS records that route your mail are what an attacker would target to impersonate you. Having one contractor who understands both is the point.
