Dental Practice Websites, Built by a Licensed NC Contractor.
We design, build, and maintain websites for dental practices across North Carolina — from single-office general dentists to multi-location specialty groups. HIPAA-aware, ADA-compliant, integrated with the practice management systems and patient tools your practice already uses.
Why us
Built for the way dental practices actually work.
01
Every major PMS.
Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, Denticon. Depth of integration is scoped to what your patient flow actually needs.
02
Every specialty.
General dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery. Different audiences, different builds.
03
ADA / WCAG 2.1 AA at launch.
Dental practices get named in accessibility complaints regularly. We ship accessible by default, verified with axe-core and manual assistive-tech testing.
04
HIPAA-aware architecture.
We keep PHI inside your HIPAA-covered vendors — your PMS, your scheduler — not routed through our marketing infrastructure. BAA available when scope requires.
05
Local SEO built in.
Structured data, Google Business Profile, review-platform integration, city-scoped landing pages. Local search is the growth channel; we treat it that way.
06
One contractor, whole practice.
We also do the low-voltage, alarm, access control, IT, and cybersecurity work your practice needs. Same contract, same point of contact.

Compliance
ADA. HIPAA. PII.
Dental practice websites live inside a regulatory environment most web agencies don't understand. We build to the standards that matter, and we tell you the difference between what's actually required and what's marketing theater.
ADA / WCAG 2.1 AA
All builds meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the standard cited in ADA Title III complaints against dental practices. Verified with axe-core and manual assistive-tech spot checks pre-launch.
HIPAA
PHI stays inside your HIPAA-covered vendors (PMS, scheduler). We don't route Protected Health Information through marketing infrastructure that doesn't need to see it. BAA when scope requires.
PII
Standard patient contact information (name, email, phone) collected through forms is handled with encryption in transit and at rest, minimum-necessary retention, and clear data-handling policies.
FAQ
Questions dentists actually ask.
How much does a dental practice website cost?
Our pricing model is a one-time build fee plus a monthly retainer. The build fee varies by scope — a straightforward marketing site for a general practice typically starts in the mid four figures; larger practices with multi-location structure, PMS integrations, and complex patient portals scale up from there. The monthly retainer covers hosting, security updates, ongoing content changes, monthly reporting, and basic SEO maintenance. We do not publish tier packages because they never fit real practices — every proposal is scoped specifically to yours.
Which dental practice management systems do you integrate with?
All major dental PMS platforms — Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, and Denticon. Depth of integration depends on your PMS's API surface and what patient-facing flow you want (appointment requests, insurance verification, forms, etc.). We work with your practice's IT contact and your PMS's technical support to make sure integrations are supported by the vendor, not brittle scrape-based workarounds.
Which patient-facing tools do you support?
Zocdoc, Weave, Solutionreach, and NexHealth — the standard suite. Whether we embed a widget, replace it with a native implementation, or route to the vendor's hosted portal depends on the tool and the patient flow you want on your site.
Are your websites HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA compliance is a relationship between covered entities (your practice) and business associates (any vendor handling Protected Health Information). We don't market a "HIPAA-compliant website" as a checkbox because most dental marketing sites do not collect PHI — a contact form asking for name and reason for visit generally does not cross the PHI threshold. When your patient flow does involve PHI (patient portal access, file uploads, insurance details), we architect the data flow to keep PHI inside HIPAA-covered vendors (your PMS, your patient scheduler) rather than routing it through our infrastructure. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) when the engagement scope requires it. Talk to us about your specific patient flow before assuming any of this.
Is my website ADA / WCAG accessible?
Yes. All websites we build meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the standard cited in ADA Title III complaints against dental practices. This includes semantic HTML, real form labels, proper color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and alt text discipline. We test with axe-core and manual assistive-tech spot checks before launch. Dental practices are a frequent target of ADA-based complaints, so accessibility is not optional in our builds.
Do you handle local SEO for dental practices?
Yes. Local SEO for dental is its own discipline: Google Business Profile optimization, structured data (LocalBusiness + DentalOffice schema), review platform integration (Google, Healthgrades, Zocdoc), city and neighborhood-scoped landing pages, and consistent NAP (name / address / phone) across directories. The monthly retainer includes SEO maintenance for practices we build.
How long does a dental website take to build?
Typical timeline is 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope, content readiness on your side, and integration complexity. Multi-location practices, brand-new brand identity work, or complex PMS integrations push toward the longer end. We do a formal kickoff, wireframe review, design review, integration testing, and staged launch — no surprises.
Do you work with dental specialties (ortho, endo, pedo, oral surgery, etc.)?
Yes — general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. Each specialty has its own content patterns, patient acquisition strategies, and integration needs. A pedo practice's website has different priorities than a periodontist's referral-driven site, and both are different from a general dentistry practice. We adjust accordingly.
Do you offer online booking?
We integrate with your patient scheduler of choice (Zocdoc, NexHealth, Weave, Solutionreach) to enable online booking. We don't build a proprietary booking system — using your existing scheduler is better for HIPAA, integrates properly with your PMS, and matches your staff's existing workflow.
What's included in the monthly retainer?
Hosting on a fast, secure infrastructure. Security patches and monitoring. Content updates (edit copy, swap photos, add team members, update hours) with defined response times. Monthly analytics reporting (traffic, top pages, conversions). Basic SEO maintenance (schema, meta, Google Business Profile updates). We're on call for the site, so when something breaks or needs to change, you have one email address that gets a response.
